About Steady Climb

Steady Climb is an initiative to help aviators who started their own businesses during lockdown.

As a part of the aviation industry in South Africa, PilotInsure was looking for ways to help aviators who had lost their jobs during the pandemic.

Many career aviators have been without income for months which has lead some to take the initiative of starting their own businesses.

We wanted to find a way to help these business to not only start but to also grow and so Steady Climb was born. It is our way of offering support to these businesses to help both financially and with a platform to showcase their businesses.

We started hosting fly in events in December 2019 with the main goal to raise as much money as possible to support these fledgling businesses!
